Who we are

This website, pawsintheelements.com, is run by Paws in the Elements Integrative Wellness LLC ("Paws in the Elements", "we", "us"), the practice of Rachel Stephensen, based in Becker, Minnesota, USA. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email hello@pawsintheelements.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• The 3-Minute Field Reset sign-up: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• The Elemental Reset™ waitlist: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• The contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.

Each form also records that you ticked the consent box, and the date you submitted it. Please do not send health, veterinary or other sensitive details through a form. If you need to share something like that, ask by email first.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as The 3-Minute Field Reset.
• To let you know when The Elemental Reset™ opens, if you joined the waitlist.
• To send occasional emails from Paws in the Elements, if you signed up for them.
• To reply to your message, if you used the contact form.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who help us run the site.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Like any web host, Netlify keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. Form submissions are forwarded to our email so we can respond.

If we begin using an email newsletter service or another tool that handles your information, we will name it here and update the date at the top of this page.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load social media trackers. Our fonts are served from this site itself, not from a third party. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Some links to products we recommend are affiliate links. If you click one, that company may use cookies on its own website to credit us for the referral. Those cookies are set by them, not by this site, and are covered by their privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you stay on our list. Contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our records within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep something.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. For anything else, email hello@pawsintheelements.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including Minnesota, the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may contact your local data protection authority.

Where your information is stored

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the United States or other countries. By submitting a form, you understand your information will be handled there.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell people on our email list.
